Shannon is a mom to 3 crazy kids and a seasoned fitness instructor with 15+ years of experience. Her passion for fitness and competitive spirit make her the go-to instructor you love to train with and strive to impress!

With a keen eye for detail and a focus on proper technique, Shannon ensures her workouts are both educational and challenging. Her top priority is to guide clients in achieving their health and fitness objectives, whether in private sessions or group classes.

Shannon's fitness journey began in competitive gymnastics and martial arts, where she not only excelled as an athlete but also thrived as a coach, inspiring others to reach their potential.

When she's not empowering clients or juggling mom duties, Shannon relishes outdoor adventures like snowboarding, watersports, and beach volleyball.
