Sessions take place in Shannon's garage studio, where there is access to a wide range of equipment to challenge and motivate you — from cardio to strength to balance work.

Sessions are 60 minutes. Please try to be on time — sessions will still end at the scheduled time if you're late. If you're more than 15 minutes late, it'll be considered a no-show and you'll be charged for the session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session price.

It's sold in blocks of 8 sessions for $600 ($75/session — a 25% saving). Most committed clients train 2–3 times per week, with a minimum of 2 sessions per week and a 3-month commitment. Best value for clients ready for consistent results.

Not at all. Shannon works with every fitness level. Whether you haven't exercised in years or want to level up, every session is tailored to exactly where you are right now.

As a mom of 3, Shannon designed new mom workouts that rebuild your strength, focus on core, and restore your energy and confidence — all at a pace that feels right for you.

All sessions are booked and paid for in advance. If Shannon ever needs to cancel, you'll get the choice of a reschedule or a full refund. And first-time clients get one free short-notice cancellation — because life happens.
