Sessions take place in Shannon's garage studio, where there is access to a wide range of equipment to challenge and motivate you — from cardio to strength to balance work.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Please try to be on time — sessions will still end at the scheduled time if you're late. If you're more than 15 minutes late, it'll be considered a no-show and you'll be charged for the session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session price.
It's sold in blocks of 8 sessions for $600 ($75/session — a 25% saving). Most committed clients train 2–3 times per week, with a minimum of 2 sessions per week and a 3-month commitment. Best value for clients ready for consistent results.
